Some guy just made me a cash offer for the Z

I'm at work right now and I just saw a guy walking around the Z. Business is slow here so I went outside and told him to feel free to jump in and take a look. He reached into his pocket and asked me how much I payed for the car. I said $4,800 and he pulled a wad of cash out of his pocket. Said he's seen my Datsun parked here at work and has been trying to figure out who owned it. He had $6,000 on him. I had to say no. I sure as hell could use that cash right now, but the Datsun isn't going anywhere.

For real though, there's nothing I'm attached to enough where the right cash offer won't find it a new home. If someone offered me $1200 more for my truck than I paid for it I'd take that in a heartbeat. I can always get another vehicle.

I get attached to my cars a little too easily. Parting with my Baja Bug was really tough, but the guy who bought it made me an offer that I'd be foolish to have turned down. To sell the Datsun so soon would require an absurdly high offer haha
